A: Yes. All our gowns are custom made for a perfect fit, we recommend bringing all the girls in to have measurements taken by our expert seamstresses.
Q: Are your gowns imported or sold off the rack?
A: Every single Tunza-Tulle gown is custom hand sewn in our sewing room made with all high quality US made fabrics.
Q: Are your gowns created in set clothing sizes and will your gowns look flattering on larger built girls?
A: All our gowns are hand sewn based on individual measurements for a perfect fit, we understand that every child has a unique and individual shape and size, our team of design specialists will work with you to carefully select waist placement and applique coverage to flatter all shapes and sizes, we are very careful and sensitive at always promoting healthy body image, every girl deserves to shine, and feel gorgeous! .
Q: Do you offer rentals off the rack?
A:Yes! We have a gorgeous selection of rentals displayed in our showroom. Please note that all our dresses do not run by sizes but by custom measurements, your child must be present to try on the rentals for a perfect fit.
we also offer complimentary tailoring and a fresh layer of tulle on each rental, so they look their best.
Q: How long in advance do I need to contact you to order custom made gowns?
A: Being that all our gowns are custom hand sewn, we require 2 full months from the date the order was processed and deposit paid, to give us enough time to order fabrics and applique and hand sew each gown to perfection.
We do offer rush options, for those tight on time.
Q:What forms of payment do you accept?
A:We accept all credit/debit cards, paypal, quickpay, cash and check.
Q: My daughter is super sensory and is very picky with the clothes and fabrics she will put on. would you recommend one of your gowns for her?
A: At Tunza Tulle we specialize in creating gowns that are super comfy to wear, we only pick fabrics that are soft, with a slight stretch to allow for comfort and movement. All our stiffer or more course fabrics are fully lined with a soft stretch cotton fabric for utmost comfort.
Q: How long after my event will I need to return my girls rentals?
A: We understand that the day or two following the wedding are usually busy and overwhelming, we therefore allow up-to a week to return your gowns back to us. We take care of cleaning (complementary) and we can even email you a return label so you can simply pop it in a box and give it to your local mailman to return to us. easy as 1, 2, 3.
